Xpartara will do its best to ship orders placed before 2 PM Central on the same day and later orders on the following day, unless you are notified otherwise. USPS, FedEx, or UPS may be used. Final availability and the selected service are confirmed before the order is accepted.

Contact Xpartara for authorization and an RMA before returning a product. Eligible unused parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery at no charge. Eligible unused returns from 14 through 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Non-warranty returns receive store credit after the product is received.

Aftermarket or refurbished parts carry a standard six-month warranty from delivery, with a maximum of one product replacement during that period. OEM products receive no warranty except in the case of a refurbished handpiece.

An extended 12-month warranty is available for an aftermarket turbine when the $20 extension is purchased with that turbine. Handpiece repairs completed in the Xpartara office carry a six-month warranty limited to the specific parts installed there.
