Information you provide
When you send a contact or quote request, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, message, requested products, quantities, fitment details, and any structured visual evidence you choose to include. This catalog does not currently collect payment-card details.
AI-assisted text and image processing
The Quote Desk uses an AI service to interpret part questions and, when you choose an image, to extract visible markings, identifiers, broad part type, and measurements. The current image path uses Cloudflare Workers AI. Xpartara processes the original image for that request without writing it to its inquiry database or image storage. If you submit an inquiry, the extracted text evidence—not the original image—may be stored with the inquiry. Quote text may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI or another configured AI API provider, but prices are calculated separately from synchronized catalog data.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may process request information such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, timestamps, and security events. The quote endpoint uses a shortened one-way fingerprint for abuse prevention; the rate-limit record expires after about one hour and the raw IP address is not stored with the inquiry record.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and prepare requested quotes.
- To confirm product references, compatibility context, availability, pricing, and shipping terms.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry process.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Browser storage, cookies, and analytics
The quote list and first-touch inquiry attribution are stored in your browser using local storage so the list remains available while you browse and a submitted inquiry can retain its landing path, referring host, and any UTM campaign labels. Attribution does not include the text you type into forms. You can remove quote-list items or empty the list at any time.
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures pages and interactions such as catalog searches, quote-list additions, quote creation, and completed inquiry forms. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text, or AI-assistant query text to Google Analytics, and we do not load advertising trackers. Choose Analytics choices at the bottom of the site to change your selection.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, security, storage, and, when configured, email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, or the service.
Retention
Inquiry records and any structured evidence stored by this website expire after no more than 365 days. Original images analyzed by the Quote Desk are not added to those records. We may retain a separate business record for longer when needed to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing xpartara@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
Children
This business-to-business catalog is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children.
