Information you provide
When you send a contact or quote request, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, message, requested products, quantities, and fitment details. This catalog does not currently collect payment-card details.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may process request information such as IP address, browser user agent, referring page, timestamps, and security events. The quote endpoint uses a shortened one-way fingerprint for abuse prevention; the rate-limit record expires after about one hour and the raw IP address is not stored with the inquiry record.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and prepare requested quotes.
- To confirm product references, compatibility context, availability, pricing, and shipping terms.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and inquiry process.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations that apply to us.
Browser storage, cookies, and analytics
The quote list is stored in your browser using local storage so it remains available while you browse. You can remove individual items or empty the list at any time. This site does not currently load advertising trackers or Google Analytics. Our hosting provider may use essential security technologies to deliver and protect the service.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for hosting, security, storage, and, when configured, email delivery. They process information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the business, or the service.
Retention
Inquiry records stored by this website expire after no more than 365 days. We may retain a separate business record for longer when needed to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal obligation.
Your choices
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing xpartara@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.
Children
This business-to-business catalog is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly request personal information from children.
